USACE Command Chaplain (Col.) Raymond Alford Robinson, Jr. talks with Execeutive Office Administrative Assistant Vickie Cimmings during a visit to Honolulu District headquarters and project offices May 29. Chaplain Robinson talked with employees about his role in USACE as well as the availability of chaplain support services. The Chaplain’s Office provide the United States Army Corps of Engineers comprehensive Religious Support for Soldiers, DoD Civilians, Contractors and Family Members, the USACE HQ and the nine Divisions Commands distributed over 47 states and 30 countries. Serve as the Commander’s principal advisor on all issues of religion, morals, and ethics as they impact the overall mission. Coordinate with the Family Readiness Groups Directorates to assist in developing programs, training, and selection of materials. Serve as a primary member of the Critical Incident Stress Management Team.
