Trinity United Church of Christ is a small congregation in Thurmont, MD, situated at the Gateway to the Catoctin Mountains, approximately 20 minutes North of Frederick and South of Gettysburg. Trinity was founded in 1880, tracing our roots to the German Reformed tradition in the area. We are a caring, service-minded congregation. We do outreach and support of our community by participating in fellowship through programs such as the community Lenten service, the Food Bank and the Thurmont Ministerium and hosting an annual community Veterans Day service. Trinity is seeking a part-time minister to nurture and inspire our congregation, and assist us in sharing our faith with our neighbors. Our church seeks to offer a community for Christian friendship, to provide a place for families and individuals to grow and worship together, and with the encouragement and guidance of our pastor, we look to build on our service to members and our community with fellowship through worship, preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.
