SAN ANTONIO – (June 7, 2019) Lieutenant Junior Grade Nahum Melendez, chaplain, offers the invocation prior to the Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio, change of command ceremony held at The Alamo. Following the ceremony, Cmdr. Jeffrey Reynolds of Raleigh, N.C., former commanding officer of Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio, a Naval aviator, retired from America’s Navy with nearly 21 years of faithful and honorable service.
