Chaplain Capt. Troy Dandrea and eight soldiers from the 1st Squadron, 221st Cavalry Regiment out of Las Vegas, Nevada participated in the local National Day of Prayer ceremony on the steps of the Las Vegas City Hall.
Chaplain Dandrea and soldiers lead the ceremony with the Pledge of Allegiance, and later Dandrea gave his invocation to the crowd.
