Major General Alexus G. Grynkewich presides over the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing Change of Command Ceremony in which Colonel Patrick L. Schlichenmeyer relinquished command of the 386th to Colonel Rodney L. Simpson at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait on July 11th 2019.
